What is the best programming language to develop the code quickly for Server, Android, iOS and Web?

I have been using LiveCode @www.livecode.com which works out extremely well for iOS, Android, and server, and the build time is very quick but their web interface when deployed behaves slowly and I was wondering if there is a language or web technology that can better handle this. Any thoughts?
