On which OS should I teach web development

I'm starting to teach web development to MBA student who have no knowledge in programming. I'm an experienced web developer but I've always used Linux or Mac, but obviously some of my students are going to use Windows. Should I get them to install Linux or does windows have the tools to handle web development? Usually I use command line tools to use Git, Heroku, Grunt, Yeoman etc. How do you do that in Windows? Is Linux is best, whats the best way to have them install it?
