im a fully c++ programer and i joined some community in my college they think every programmer can do any language so they force me to make a website, Yet i dont know any basic in it . So recently i learned html ,css , some php from youtube and i still cant find anything or perfect keyword to search in google to how to post some article post in our website without using wordpress , blogger etc .
so is there a way to make our web admin to post like you do in wordpress or blogger ? or no ?
