Message toaster is displayed in local but cannot be displayed in QA

I am new to web development. So, here is my question; After some video completion, there should be message toaster displayed. It does in local but cannot be displayed in QA. I debugged it in the QA and it says XHR failed loading: POST, and it says that there are some mixed content. How can I solve the mixed content problem?
