is there anyway to find out how a website process their backend data to frontend?

I am doing a web crawling on a JavaScript web which uses websocket. I did manage to get the data from their websocket however, I do not understand their logic and how to they mapped these data to their front end since every time values and data received from websocket is different(sometimes I have 40 elements sometimes I have 3 elements or 5 elements etc). so I was wondering if there is a way that I could find the logic and map this data accordingly. I am new in this so any advice or suggestion on this is highly appreciated
