Flutter Restart Application time for web increases

I am new to flutter Mobile Development , I write a simple code for container and give only height, width, and color, and flutter runs for the web but the first time the Application run is more but it's fine and then I changed the size of the container and restart Application then Application restarted in 23 minutes, what is the solution for this problem?
