Development of web app similar to browser stack

Hi i joined in a new organization there i have worked as a flutter developer for a year. Now they wanna implement some thing similar to browser stack, sauce labs. They said to start R&D to develop the Web app similar to that sites but we all still at point zero. We all are stucked without any ideas from where to start. Can any give me any suggestion or guidance to what I have to do or where i have to start. Literraly I have no idea what to do. Please help me with it. Thanks in advance. Hope i summarized well.
