Freelancing Questions: Need answers for freelance web deployments [closed]

I am exploring the world of Freelancing so I am totally new to this. I have few questions regarding Deployments. Listed below are the questions I need answers for:

Question 1: Suppose I am using my own local database for creating a web app. The client doesn't own a database. So how do I provide a database for the client and make the web app function on that database?

Question 2: Suppose a client doesn't have a hosting service yet and has asked me to host it on behalf of the client. How do I hand over that hosting service to the client?
