What are common/must have developer tools/tech used by large enterprises for web app development, deployment, and monitoring?

This may seem like a vague question but I'm looking for a list of common tools used by the likes of Facebook to develop, deploy, and monitor web apps. I'm looking for a list of "simple" tools/tech such as Github for version control or "Unit tests" but also more "advanced" tools for example "Sentry" which is used for error monitoring or "SonarQube" which checks for code quality. What categories of tools/tech are there that I need to know about so I don't feel like I live under a rock? Like CI/CD, pipelines etc etc. or where can I go to learn about things like this.
