For some weird reason test.php won't open on localhost, any help is appreciated

So I have a test.php inside nginx folder-> inside html folder https://imgur.com/a/RnnFJ8Q and i also made path to php in enviroment variables, https://imgur.com/We7GGZ4 I conncted php-cgi on door 9000 https://imgur.com/glAvSWR but stil everytime i try to go to localhost/test.php it says this https://imgur.com/0Ac2pYk I did everything write, why it does not show what i have inside test.php I also edited ngnix.conf, part for php
