Does flutter have any vsc extension to watch changes on a browser?

With the latest flutter update, I discover that you can now run your app on such as google chrome or edge browser from vscode/cmd with a "flutter -d web-server" command, but it also says "Recompile complete. Page requires refresh." after running. Is there any vsc or google chrome extension to watch or automatically refresh the page after every hot restart or any configuration on chrome dart debugging extension? I just download the lastest google chrome developer and also install dart debugging extension
