It's possible to create remote server like web min or cockipt in react js?

I have a problem on the development of a website in react js, I would like to connect react components to a service under linux, for example if I want to stop a firewall on the button of the react component instead of writing lines of command on the terminal, what I want is to try to connect a react component with a firewall or proxy server for example ... to design a web min or cockpit remote server which can administer a server through a web interface
