why springboot application lose response after restart in few hours?

I have a springboot application running in docker+mesos+marathon environment which always loses response after restarting in few hours. I have checked memory and cpu consumption,both are adequate. Then I use jstack to dump the thread.It shows that many threads are WAITING or TIMED_WAITING. so how can I analysis the dump file to figure out the problem.
