Why does the word 'oops' appear before every error message on every website on the entire internet, this can't be coincidental?

It cannot be a coincidence. This is something I've noticed over the past few years. It happens on Google, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Ebay, Amazon etc, but not only the big players, other obscure websites, even some foriegn sites. I wish I'd have compiled a list now.
