Website Performance - Handling huge mp4 files [closed]

On our website we have many mp4 files upto 4mb. They do take time to load when page is loaded. I need information on how to best handle them in a way to improve the load time of the whole page. They are not compressed and they load with code 206 but do take time (upto 10 sec) to load each video(complete each request of mp4's). It's a php application with wordpress. Your help would be deeply appreciated.
