web Interface for docker containers communication

I am a student in cybersecurity and I have a project of developing a web Interface for docker containers communication ( Audit and test de security will be performed after the development of the interface) What are the best languages for developing a web interface for implementing docker containers which will be communicated with each other after drag and drop the containers on the interface (for example drag and drop 2 machine Linux container ) Any example of this kind of project and I need your advice and support with an example of a prepared code of the web interface with drag and drop wich I can implement my security solutions.
