Unable to perform action in Gdevelop events with events

I am trying to create a tic tac toe game with Gdevelop.I have reached to the point where I check if a valid match of "xxx" Or "OOO" is happening for that I have a variables numbered Value1, Value2, value3, etc till Value9 for each of the 9boxes.. But when I try to do this, it doesn't happen... The action block is never executed Screenshot of code But when I try to check the value of var value5 and value7 individually then they work fine... So there's no problem in variables values.... I tried everything but couldn't find what's wrong.. So please help..
