How to implement google one tap login on my amp pages?

I have recently implemented Google One Tap login on the amp portal of our platform. Even though the project was a success, we saw that the SEO rankings took a major hit as our CLS, LCP and page loading time all went up. Can anyone please help me with the implementation without the hit on the SEO
