How to generate a web link which can open the Instagram app and share some text to users?

How can we generate a web link which can encapsulate some text in it and can then be clicked to open the Instagram app's share to user screen and share the encapsulated text to the selected Instagram users ? I am able to do similar stuff in WhatsApp using the https://wa.me/?text='data' link. Is there some link by Instagram to do the same?
