Extracting Data from a Website with Excel or Access VBA

I am trying to scrape Data from this listing (see link below) on a Webpage 1:1 to Excel, or better still to MS Access. When using CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application") I got lots of problems (with website navigation, multiple windows and errors). So perhaps the best way is to use Dim IE As MSXML2.XMLHTTP60 & Set IE = New MSXML2.XMLHTTP60 without even opening the Browser Window? I have absolutely no Idea how to use it or how to write the code. Could someone PLEASE help?
