Create firebase api for user? [closed]

I have a web project that I need Firebase, But I need the user to log in with his google account and then my javascript code will create a firebase API for the user. Thus my javascript code will get the IPI and deal with the user's Firebase, The idea is to have everything done on the client side. Do you have any idea. I would be very grateful for the help.
