Is it possible to integrate web push notifications with given interval through code?

I am currently working on a .net core backend and angular frontend. I want to make use of a web push notification with an interval. For example. Push text: clean the house. Interval: daily/weekly Is there a service which can provide me with the given options through code? I've already looked into OneSignal + Zapier but with this service all the settings cannot be updated through code.
