Please forgive me I am not a developer but need some help with below:
I recently got a website developed and the developer and I did our best to increase the mobile page speed test to go above 80 using google page speed insight check which uses the lighthouse system.

My developer says there's literally nothing more we can do after we uninstalled all useless plugins including Jetpack and also installed Cloudflare CDN. We also installed a w3 cache plugin to help with some of the problems but can't get past some of the issues including: remove render blocking resources First meaningful paint Excessive DOM size Ensure text remains visible during webfont load Remove unused CSS
Please, please, please help me with some detailed information on how to resolve at least some of these issues without losing much functionality.
