How to change position of "summary" block in "details"? [closed]

I want to customize the position of the summary element in my details tag. Usually, the summary tag is going before all elements in the list. I want to put a summary tag after all elements in the list if it's expanded. Can I somehow achieve that? Example of what I'm trying to achieve:
