Displaying Live Changing Private Data in the Website

the reason I am asking this question here is because though I have searched this a lot on internet, did not find anything.

As we know, any online displayed data is possible to scrape and import into your website, however, when the data is live changing, and most importantly if it is private, which means except the users, nobody should have an access to it, the situation changes. Any suggestions where should I start?

I have made a special section for displaying the incoming data, however, linking them together does not seem to b ethat easy.
