Deploying using npm surge in vue-cli issue

hey everyone I am if i will use the wrong format of posting an issue here. It is my first time posting. I was trying to use surge.sh to deploy my vue.js project just after my email and password I encountered the following error

Error: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80

my question is how can i get rid of it if anyone have seen this error before
