Telegram bot doesn't post messages with @ to my web server

I've already set webhook (allowed_updates=[] to receive all) and can receive messages starts with / from telegram bot.
But for messages contain @ in a group, telegram doesn't post anything to my web server.
ex: /hello @123
What am I missing here?
