Opening a zip file downloaded from the internet in R

I am fairly new to R and I am trying to open a file from the internet. I got this so far:

download.file(url = "http://samhda.s3-us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com/s3fs-public/field-uploads-protected/studies/NSDUH-2017/NSDUH-2017-datasets/NSDUH-2017-DS0001/NSDUH-2017-DS0001-bundles-with-study-info/NSDUH-2017-DS0001-bndl-data-tsv.zip", destfile = "nsduh_2017.zip")

Not sure what to do after that, to be honest. I wanted to open the data using data.tables, but I think I'm missing some steps in between.

Any help is very much appreciated!
