How to control the camera flash light on a mobile phone for both ios and android using javascript

I want to implement/control flash light on ios and android devices for a webapp using Javascript. Is it possible to do so?

I have come across this script but it does not work on iphone - Is it possible to control the camera light on a phone via a website?
