After webRTC call re-connection, addStream doesn't fire

A calls B, B answers, call is established. A loses internet, then gets back online. New offer is sent to B with iceRestart: true.

Everything goes well, B can hear and see A, but A cannot see the stream from B (black view) nor hear B. I noted that onAddStream doesn't get fired which would handle the stream from B.

I couldn't find anything helpful, any ideas how can onAddStream fire on this case or how to fix this?
