Send email on a web application using Angular 2 and above

Does anyone know how to send an email with file attachments on a web application using angular 2/5/6 framework? Would really appreciate if someone could share their codes on this..preferably a native email application and not using firebase! Was reading through sail.js version, but I couldn't get it running
