How to create a custom Language translator web extension

I have created a web extension for Google translate. For this I have created a a folder and added some file in which a page contains Google translate code , which is running properly when I have run it using localhost, But for extension I used the directory and select manifest , But the Google language dropdown not shown. So how can I use Google translate in a single html file.
