always get from 401 unauthorized from Web API 2.2 with with basic authentication on IIS

evry one, I need some help here i have successfully implemented basic authentication and authorization on my web api appliation , every think is working on IIS express I have deployed on local machine window 10 IIS 10 i allways get the 401 unauthorized I think i have some configuration messing because i enabled basic authentication on IIS from my reseause on the net IIS is using the window account but i have my custom database any Idea an other question if you know good tutorial on this issue it would be realy good because all the tutorial out there use the IIS express with fiddler as clien need one with more real deployment on IIS thanks
