Web - How to implement a WeChat Moments share button

Related with: WeChat share button, but that is 3 years old. Any newer information?

I need to share an url to WeChat Moments from a website. The effect should be that when executed from a smartphone, WeChat APP will open and the user will be offered to share the URL.

So far, I've found some information about how to share to WeChat from iOS and Android SDKs. But I can't find anything about sharing from web using Javascript, just like it's done in Twitter, Facebook or, particularly, WhatsAPP:

Twitter:

* WhatsAPP is the most similar aproach to what I am trying, as it also opens WhatsAPP in the smartphone when the share button is tap.
