Any ideas on how to implement curved objects in HTML?

I'm having trouble implementing a design I received.

It could be possible with the green shape in the middle through a picture using absolute. Although, there are border shadows. The other options are overlapping too so I'm confused as to how one would use grids for that.

Any thoughts?

If anyone could provide any API/Framework that would help implement this that'd be great. Thanks in advance!
