How to get specific data from a website and show it in my app?

Maybe similar question was already asked but I couldn't find answer that would work for me. I want to get from website (http://ift.tt/29JM2Lt) only this informations (in red square) : date, time and name of clubs. I looked that there is a way to get informations with json parsing but I don't know how would that work here. Im new to this and don't even know what to search for, I don't need written code just help on how to do that.
