Scrape the contents of each post in the website using C#

Hi All I want to scrape each post in our career page and check each and everything like spelling,formats and items if it's correct and not and insert it to the database

I want to click every job requisition on our career page all those 1170 results

I want to get the ID and the Job description and check every wrong formats and spelling of the post.

Problem is I'm having difficulty getting it and doing it, I'm new to C# or VB.net when hooking it and scraping it with the web. I can't find the element and divs and such because the classes are duplicated and the ID's are all unique.
