Developing domain - Will I be accused of plague?

I have a xxx.com domain online and have been during the last months developing the new page on the xxx.tk domain.

I forgot to create robots.txt to avoid indexing but now googling it, already appears on the 4th page.

I fear now that all the contents developed there may be considered plague on the .com domain, after the copy

We will release the new website next week, how should I proceed now?
