Actually I want to know some resources like books or websites for beginner programmers, no matter what software and websites they will build and in which programming languages they will build, to learn programming concepts and techniques on which large websites and software are build, so that learning those universal concepts relating to computer technologies make learner able to get idea of same problem will be solved in which way in any programming language.
