Implement Facebook's Audience Manager on website

I have been looking for a way to implement this interactive manager on my website: Facebook Audience Manager

This manager is accessible when creating an add on FB or when using Audience-Insights.

I've been looking in the documentation of the FB Marketing API, but it doesn't contain any information on the matter. It only specifies server-side applications.

The goal of my application is to create market researches based on different social media databases. I think implementing the manager is possible because there are apps like AdEspresso which let you create and manage add campaigns. It is possible to use the same manager when creating the add.

I would like to know if what I'm trying to do is possible and what requirements are needed.
