How to do a web request for currency data from google

I would like to be able to grab current currency data from google and put to variables. baseCurExRate and toCurExrate both int = float.

So I define USD or NZD or CAD or whatever preferably by a drop or something or simply hardcoded to start with then some code which grabs the data exchange rate in format 0.0000 i can then perfom math function with it?

I am using spyder 3.6

Any help would be appreciated?
