Ticketing system accommodating controlled number of scans for QR codes (WORDPRESS)

So I'm a newbie at web development. However I have some background in Java/SQL. Basically, I have a wordpress website and I want to make products for the website where when a person buys product A, they can scan the QR code associated with it a maximum of 10 times, product B 20 times and product C unlimited.

Is there a plug-in for Wordpress that can accomplish this, I am familiar with WooCommerce and am using Events Manager to schedule my service. I had a look at the Events Calendar and Events Tickets plug-in that looks cool and has QR codes integrated, but it doesn't have the multiple scan limitation feature as far as I know

Basically, they can attend a session 10/20/unlimited times based on what they purchase.
