Real Estate Appraisal Web App needed as a Capstone Project. What should I use and how?

I have a web app I need to do for my capstone project for University. My topic is building a real estate appraisal application which is going to essentially be a calculator. To keep it simple, the app needs to have inputs such as location, apartment/house area, number of rooms and such and the app will display a range of price. For example after inputting all data - the flat owner will have a price range ex. 100.000 - 120.000 for which they can sell it.

What is the simplest way to do this, what do you recommend?
