How to post Data to a SOAP service and save in the database

I have this task at hand. There are two servers involved. Server1 is where Registration form resides. Upon submission, data is posted and saved on the same server. The tricky part starts here.

My client wants me to create a SOAP web service and give him a URL so that he can pass those form values to my Web Service that is residing on Server2. I will save these values to my database.

I was able to create a SOAP service that connects with the database and list the latest record but I have no idea how to achieve this task. Any ideas, highly appreciated.
