How to make custom avatar for dynamic clothing preview?

I am working on a eCommerce project unfortunately am badly stuck in customized avatar of wearable products I am asking customers to provide these required size chest,shoulder,arms etc

Now i want a preview of every wearable product for example shirts and pent's with rating contain it is undersized,skin fit,perfect fit,loose fit,oversize I want products preview on this similar avatar

I don't know how to managed this for different size for example Small(chest:38,arms:36 etc) what are the requirements from different product owner's

I will be thankful if someone help me in this matter
