How do i temporary blur content - image for privacy reasons?

So here's my problem, I'm creating a website which has a catalogue of product. I need some sort of service, extension, plugin or anything which can help me blur the ".pdf" (or images) and only show it to a person which has the "password". Something like those annoying surveys in which you have to do something in order to get to a sertain part of site.
