How can I take a look at a FTP access log?

I have rented a webspace at zapp hosting to host a website and I access it through WinSCP (FTP). Now I want to now if there is any kind of access log where I can take a look at who accessed the webspace to change files etc. or if there is any kind of fingerprints someone can leave when accessing a webspace (ip etc).

And is there generally anything that makes ftp unsecure (besides the unencrypted login-data)
