I want to purchase a domain name that is currently owned by what I assume to be a domain (or cyber) squatter. I have sent an email to the web master of the site but received no response. The owner is in another country and different language. I know there are many 3rd party domain name brokers. What is the best way to request and bid on a existing domain name?
