(C#) Web Browser Recording

I need to catch all events(by user behavior) in browsers and I will record these series of events with C# application(like Winform or WPF).

To do this, I need to record all of events by user first. It is almost same as Selenium IDE, but I'd like to do the recording with C# App.

Is there any libraries recording browser? If not, how can I implement the function recording events?
