Video player for web

I am build a website to show videos. my video is sometime upload to google drive and sometime to facebook. I can embed it to play on my website very well , but I don't have control on playback, so I want to use other video player that support difference streaming

format below :

google drive: http://ift.tt/1PtFYKZ

facebook link it direct to mp4 file, but google drive link is a stream url.

please all you guy help to advise tools to solve my problem.
